Bringing life back into an old hotel

A vintage hotel from 1920, once a thriving 50-room haven to a charming antique store for over 45 years. And now the restoration has begun!

We plan to offer cozy rooms, apartments, a bustling coffee shop, a taproom on our sun-soaked patio, and more. This isn’t just a renovation; it’s a passion.

Future Plans

Hotel Rooms

Current rooms are being consolidated and remodeled, with private bathrooms being designed.

We will offer 13 large, beautiful hotel rooms as well as a five bedroom penthouse suite.

Coffee Shop

The lobby of the hotel will be turned into a coffee shop, with a cozy fireplace, couches, and in-door and out-door seating.

Patio Taproom

The backyard of the hotel will host a grain bin taproom, offering a great place to relax with fire pits and out-door seating.

The West family acquired the building in October of 2020.

The brains behind the operation. Her vision for the hotel is being realized. Captures the journey along the way and shares updates, guides, and inspirations. She’s the nice one.

Travis.

Master of Coin. Responsible for tearing out the old and building the new. Has to do the heavy stuff. If you engage with him, he’ll inevitably rant about inflation and monetary policies.
